AVENZALABS

Frequently asked questions.

What file formats do you accept?

STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF. If you don't have a file, upload a few photos of the part instead — shipping it to us afterwards is highly recommended for the most accurate recreation.

Should I send you the broken part?

Yes, if you can — it's the single best way to guarantee an accurate replica. Photos are enough to get a quote started, but posting us the actual part lets us measure it directly and match it exactly.

Do you offer 3D scanning?

Yes. For complex, organic, or highly detailed shapes, we can 3D scan your part (or a mating part) instead of measuring by hand — it's the most accurate option available and works for broken parts, reverse engineering, and anything in between. Just mention it when you get in touch.

How long does a typical order take?

Most orders ship within 3-5 working days, depending on complexity and material.

Is there a minimum order size?

No minimum — we're happy to make a single replacement part.

What materials do you offer?

PLA, PETG, and PETG-CF, each suited to different levels of strength and durability. See our Materials page for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What if my part doesn't fit or breaks again?

Let us know within 30 days and we'll look into a reprint or refund.

How do you charge for parts?

Every quote is based on the size, material, and complexity of your specific part — we don't use a fixed price list.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer for larger orders.

Can I request a rush order?

Yes, in most cases — just mention it when you send your files and we'll let you know if it's possible.
