Last updated 22 August 2026. This page explains what information Avenza Labs collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the reason for your enquiry, and any message or details you provide. If you email us photos or files to accompany an enquiry, we hold those alongside your submission so we can put together a quote.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and fulfil any order you place with us. We don't use it for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us, and we don't sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service, which receives and forwards the details you submit to us. We use standard email and payment providers to communicate with you and process orders. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We keep enquiry and order information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil your order, handle any follow-up (such as the 30-day fit guarantee), and meet our accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw any consent you've given. To do any of this, email hello@avenzalabs.com.
