Every quote is based on the size, material, and complexity of your specific part, and is an estimate until we confirm it in writing. We don't work from a fixed price list, so your final price may change if the details of the job change once we've seen the part or file.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer for larger orders. Payment is taken once you've confirmed you'd like to go ahead with a quote.
Most orders ship within 3-5 working days, depending on complexity and material. We ship worldwide; shipping costs and times depend on your location. There's no minimum order size.
If your part doesn't fit or breaks again, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll look into a reprint or refund.
Any physical part you post to us remains your property, and we'll return it alongside your replacement unless we agree otherwise. Any design file you send us, or that we create for you as part of an order, is yours to keep and reuse — we only keep a copy on file so you can order a cheaper remake later, as described on our 3D printing page.
We take care to manufacture parts that are fit for the purpose you describe to us, but we're not liable for losses arising from a part being used outside that intended purpose, or from inaccurate measurements or descriptions provided to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
